The first day opened with the VIP Business Conference. After the opening remarks & keynote, the International center saw giants of the cannabis industry speak on topics at the forefront of the industry’s collective mind, such as Navigating a Changing Cannabis Industry Landscape, The Future of Cannabis Nation, Legacy-to-Legal: How Legacy Brands Have Transformed Their Business into the Legal Landscape. Buried in between all of these amazing topics was the featured keynote, where Steve DeAngelo, founder of the Last Prisoner Project, spoke to the crowd. After a day full of insight, everyone gathered together at Casa Loma to celebrate excellence in the industry with the Industry Awards Dinner Gala, hosted by Gerry Dee.
Day Two saw even more excitement as the Psychedelic Summit kicked off alongside Retail Zone; a two-day experience aimed to help retailers perfect their craft. Between more exciting panels, attendees browsed through the various booths from companies such as Boveda and High North Laboratories. This day also saw cannabis giant, Tommy Chong, hit the stage for a fireside chat to discuss his experiences as a drug war veteran. This day ended exceptionally strong, with a special screening of “Lamar Odom Reborn” & Q&A with the producers, before the Budtender Appreciation & Meet the Exhibitors “Happy Hour”, where the first Terpene Cup challenge was hosted and the crowd was treated to a special performance by The Legendary Wailers.

On the final day, there were plenty more panels and booths to visit and listen to for the excited crowd. The day began with “A Balanced Breakfast”, where a diverse panel spoke about how more diversity, equity, and inclusion can be brought to the cannabis industry. After this breakfast, panels such as Creative Marketing Solutions for Retailers and Hot Tips from Top Budtenders took the stage to educate the countless industry experts attending. The Main Stage saw more amazing events such as Cooking with Chef Jordan Wagman and an interview with MMA star & cannabis advocate, Elias Theodorou.
