2021 was an important year for both cannabis companies and consumers. This year, we saw the evolution of cannabis brands in both Canada and the United States.

In Canada, consumers leaned into buying by brand instead of just potency or price, legacy market names continued to transition to the legal side and new, exciting participants entered the market on a weekly basis.

In the United States, we saw single-state producers spread their brands nationwide by turning into MSO operators, we’ve observed the plant going mainstream with the continued proliferation of celebrity endorsements and partnerships and we have continued to see slow yet steady regulatory reform.

We are proud to be part of this exciting industry and help you recognize the best brands, people, agencies, and campaigns in North America.

There were over 350 nominations submitted, 242 first-round nominees, 107 finalists, and over 100,000 total votes placed! We’re so grateful for all of the support we’ve received from you, the ADCANN community.
