Originally working for the adult beverage industry, Bella Mitchell first entered the cannabis industry in 2019, You’ll probably recognize her work from CannMart, and their line of concentrates, Roilty, which earned her an ADCANN nomination the last two years in a row. She was previously the Director of Brand Marketing and now she’s the Vice President of Marketing at CannMart.

Catch Bella’s Trailblazer on carving out brand identity in a digital landscape and witness as she continues to trailblaze in the world of cannabis marketing with a whopping 10,000+ followers at this time of writing. She believes social media is 👑 when it comes to connecting with consumers, and that if you leverage your social media presence the right way, it’ll pay off in the long run.

Amanda Bolte – Director, Creative and Brands, Motif Labs (BOXHOT)

Amanda Bolte is the current Director of Creative and Brands at Motif Labs, but has working with major brands such as Harley Davidson, Labatt Breweries, and more, as she’s built an impressive portfolio over the past 20 years. Having led multiple teams she utilizes her plethora of experience to define the many forms that graphic design allows. She explores the creative possibilities to ascertain the best possible format, layout, and design strategy for every moment, whether in print, package, or digital forms. 

Amanda Bolte is also one of the board of directors for the Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) where she mentors new designers and actively contributes to the new wave of design experts.

Alanna Fonseca – VP of Marketing and Information, Cronos Group (Spinach)

Alanna Fonseca is the current Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Cronos Group. Cronos Group is an innovative global cannabinoid company with international production and distribution across five continents. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario. Cronos Group’s portfolio includes PEACE NATURALS™, a global health and wellness platform, two adult-use brands, COVE™ and Spinach™, and two hemp-derived CBD brands, Lord Jones™, and Happy Dance™. Sasha Kadey – Chief Marketing Officer, Final Bell (Beurre Blanc)

Sasha is a veteran brand builder and business leader with deep experience across the cannabis, wine & spirits, and luxury beauty industries. Previously he was the CMO for Greenlane, the largest ancillary cannabis company. At Greenlane, Sasha led a corporate rebrand and also developed several brands including VIBES, Keith Haring, Marley Natural, Vapor.com, Pollen Gear, and Higher Standards. As co-founder and creative director, Sasha Kadey sparked a retail revolution with Higher Standards, which is a lifestyle brand rooted in cannabis culture.

With previous experience in branding with Luxury Brand Partners a company he helped found, he’s been trailblazing the cannabis scene since 2016. At Final Bell, he’s changing the way the cannabis industry operates by offering, an end-to-end supply chain solution that allows leading cannabis brands to quickly move products from concept to shelf, across multiple geographies, while maintaining the quality and experience their customers demand.

Paul Lawton – Founding Partner, Sister Merci

As a founding partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Sister Merci, Paul’s work has contributed to building cannabis brands that continue to resonate with consumers. He’s also a professor at McMaster University where he specializes in teaching a range of courses that cover the essentials and nuances of the marketing discipline.

His hard work helped him and his team at Sister Merci take home the ADCANN Cannabis Marketing Agency of the Year award last year, and he was recognized through two consecutive nominations for the ADCANN “Marketer of the Year” in 2022 and 2023.

One of Fortune magazine’s 7 Most Powerful People in America’s Marijuana Industry, Ricardo Baca is a 20-year veteran journalist, TEDx veteran, and cannabis futurist. Ricardo launched Grasslands: A Journalism-Minded Agency in 2016 to work directly with business leaders in highly regulated industries, from cannabis and psychedelics to spirits and healthcare. He was named Marketer of the Year by ADCANN in 2019, and Ricardo is nominated yet again for his consistent dedication to high-quality, integrity-based journalism in the industry.

Allison Disney – Co-Founder & Managing Partner, MixMix

Allison Disney is a founding board member of the Cannabis Media Council (CMC), Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MixMix, Stupendous Lettuce, and Vice Chair of the Marketing & Advertising Committee (MAC) of the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA).
